Invictus Talent Solutions (“Invictus,” “we”) is a recruiting firm. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Candidates: the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, location, current level, the roles you're interested in and your resume.
Companies: your name, company, work email, phone and what you tell us about the role you're hiring for.
Site visits: basic technical data our hosting provider records to run and protect the site, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use candidate information to match you with roles, contact you about opportunities and, with your permission, introduce you to hiring companies. We use company information to respond to your inquiry and run searches. We don't sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share a candidate's profile with a hiring company only after discussing the role with you. We use service providers to host this site and store records (for example our website host and our recruiting database), and they process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate and client records while they're useful for recruiting, and delete them on request unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. Email Tony using the button below and we'll take care of it.
